Warranty and Returns Policy

It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your order details and invoice handy.

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:

  1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective products.
  2. After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair or replace product(s) with a new or reconditioned unit. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.

If you want to return the product for any reason it is your responsibility to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight. Items must be returned in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We will not accept returns of opened items unless defective. If it has been more than 30 days and the item is defective, we may ask that you contact the manufacturer directly and inquire about the warranty details for the product. In certain circumstances some defective products will require repair/replacement by the manufacturer directly and we will be unable to assist in this exchange. In these cases we will notify you of the situation and provide contact information so you can contact the manufacturer directly.
