For online ordering, we offer no credit card surcharges and next day dispatch on most items. Delivery will be carried out by external couriers and added to your shopping basket along with any sales taxes before payment. We accept orders online from the following countries: UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy. If you wish to order our products from outside these countries, please contact us by phone or email to discuss your requirements.

A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, like your place of work, a neighbor.

Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit for the amount charged to the credit card used in the order. Certain orders placed must obtain our pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our billing department. We may require additional verifications or information before processing and delivering any orders.
