Returns Policy

Unwanted or Incorrectly ordered items

Unwanted or Incorrectly ordered items can be returned, and Vision Nw Ltd will be happy to credit your account or exchange the item. We will also be happy to refund any unwanted items, but a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Please notify us by letter or email within 7 working days after receipt of your item.

Returned items (that are not faulty or damaged in transit) must be in unused 'as new' condition. We shall not be liable for postage costs on unwanted (non-faulty returns) and the customer must pay for the returns postage themselves.

If non-faulty returns are not in 'as-new' condition they will be returned back to the customer after the customer has paid for the return postage cost.

Incorrectly addressed or insufficiently addressed items (where the customer has entered the delivery address) that go missing in the post, or are returned to us, will not be compensated for - be sure to enter your address correctly!

 

Faulty or damaged items

If you are unhappy with your purchase, and find it to be faulty or incorrect, it can be returned and a replacement will be sent out to the customer as soon as possible, without hassle. Vision Nw Ltd will pay for the returns postage, so the customer will not be put to any inconvenience. Vision Nw Ltd offer a 12 month guarantee on all products.

All products are covered by the manufacturers 12 month guarantee, within which if a fault occurs in the first 28 days we will be happy to exchange the product as long as it's returned complete with all accessories and with only reasonable wear & tear. After this initial 28 days, a repair option will be available.

 

Specialist items

Certain items such as custom items, viewing cards and specially ordered items are not returnable unless faulty.

Refunds are made within 7 working days.

 

Privacy Policy 

Vision Nw Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than for goods delivery purposes. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
